Tracy Island, St. Peter’s Dream, One-Eyed Disco and Lauren Alex Hooper live in Dalston
Gotobeat is excited to team up with The Victoria to welcome an exceptional lineup on Thursday, September 17th.
TRACY ISLAND – are a South Wales based Alternative band. They have been honing their craft for 4 years and are coming to the boiling point where their art is getting released. ‘Redline’ was their first single, followed by ‘M.I.O.A’ which is followed by the ‘Lullaby’ EP. Tracy Island’s energetic and fierce music is well represented in their live performances and music videos. Keep an eye on their socials for any upcoming gigs and events.
ST. PETER’S DREAM – St. Peter’s Dream are an indie rock/pop band hailing from Reading, UK. Their danceable, high energy tracks are guaranteed to at least make you tap your feet. Their electric live shows encapsulate audiences and create for an exciting night out
ONE-EYED DISCO – Ben (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Josh (Guitar/Backing Vocals), Sam (Bass/Backing Vocals) and Benedict (Drums/Backing Vocals) are The One-Eyed Disco.
LAUREN ALEX HOOPER – Words have always been my thing. I’m fascinated by them, by the way they make intangible things tangible, unfathomable things fathomable. The world is big and scary but words can make it better, even if it’s just a little bit. I found songwriting kind of by accident (I thought I wanted to write novels) and then, suddenly, it was everything to me. Now I’m writing songs that fall somewhere between singersongwriter and pop, although genre has never been something I’ve focussed on. I’m just trying to write songs that mean something, to me and hopefully to you. I can’t promise to be perfect. I can’t promise to post reliably, to always be positive, to fulfil every commitment I make. I’m human, and I’m a human with mental health issues. I struggle with anxiety and depression and I’m Autistic. I have good days, and bad days, and really bad days, but I’m trying. I am trying my best. I’m currently working on releasing my first single. Exciting things are coming. That I can promise.
